How to pay

The ToyPro Webshop offers various payment methods:

	iDEAL is only available in the Netherlands. This method is preferred for Dutch customers.
	PayPal payment.  No extra fees will be charged using this payment method. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one on www.paypal.com.
	Mastercard payment. No extra fees will be charged using this payment method.
	VISA / V-PAY payment. No extra fees will be charged using this payment method.
	Bank transfer will slow down the orderprocess until the money is received. Bank transfer is only possible when living in Europe and you have an IBAN bank account. Please pay the invoice within 5 days.
	ToyPro Credits. You can pay with the ToyPro credits you have earned from you previous orders. More info..

 

Secure payment

For online payments we make use of specialized companies, guaranteeing extra security. For example, important financial data such as your credit card number will not be shown and saved on our computers.

VAT / Sales tax

All prices are inclusive of VAT. In case of shipment to countries outside the EU, VAT is not due. If you select a country outside the EU, all prices are automatically shown exclusive of VAT.

If you order on behalf of a company established outside the Netherlands, yet inside the EU, we can usually deliver exclusive of VAT. For this, please contact our customer service.

Foreign currency

For convenience’s sake foreign currency is shown for some regions. The final total amount must however be paid in Euro. Customers in the USA must pay in US Dollars.
