Returns and cancellations

You can cancel your order as soon as you have placed it until 30 days upon receipt. We will refund the money and you can return the order free of charge, without reason given. However, we would appreciate it if you would explain us why you return the order, as it might help us to further optimize ToyPro.

You have placed an order which has not been shipped yet::
Please contact our customer service. The money will be refunded to you, within a couple of days, dependant on your payment method.

You have placed an order which has already been shipped:
As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an e-mail to inform you. You can still cancel the order. No problem at all. You can cancel it until 30 days upon receipt. For this, please contact our customer service and follow the instructions.
